Secondary professional education by programs for skilled workers, office workers can be obtained in professional educational institutions and educational institutions of higher education, carrying out educational activity on educational programs for skilled workers. office workers; secondary professional education by training programs for middle-level specialists - in professional educational institutions and educational institutions of higher education, carrying out educational activity on educational programs for middle-level specialists; higher education - in educational institutions of higher education.

Information on the number of educational institutions is presented without standalone separate structural divisions (branches), as well as educational institutions with structural divisions (groups, departments, faculties) carrying out the corresponding educational programs.

Total number of students enrolled in programs for mid-level professionals, Bachelor's, Specialist's and Master's programmes include foreign citizens studying in the Russian Federation under general conditions. From 2013 - foreign citizens and stateless persons studying in the Russian Federation under general conditions as well as according to international agreements.
