Methodological regulations for the calculation of indicators of monetary
incomes and expenditures of the population (Order No. 465 of July 2, 2014,
with changes No. 680 of November 20, 2018).

is given without taking into account a one-time cash payment in the amount
of 5 thousand rubles to pensioners in January 2018, appointed in accordance
with the Federal Law of November 22, 2016 (No. 385-FL). Taking into account
this payment, real disposable money income in the 1st quarter of 2018 as
% of the 1st quarter of 2017 amounted to 100.9%,
in the first quarter of 2017 as % of the
1st quarter of 2016 - 99.5%.
